Space assignment procedure

1. Download exhibitor's registration form, complete it, sign it and stamp it and send it back to Our Metals.
2. Make the full payment within 7 working days after submitting your registration forms. Payments can be made by major credit cards or bank transfer.
3. Upon receipt of both the registration forms and related fee, Our Metals will provide the exhibitor a copy of recognition letter to confirm his participation.
4. The allocation of booth is based on the principle of "first come, first serve". Therefore, please submit your registration form and remit your participation fee at your earliest convenient time.
5. Information regarding travel, traffic, accommodation, exhibits shipment, moving, etc. is defined in the exhibitor manual. Our Metals will contact each exhibitor for their reference on time before the opening of this event.

Exhibition fees

• No equipment is provided with the raw space. If you would like to get special booth decoration, please apply in advance.
• Raw space: $260/m² from 27m² in international pavilion.
• Standard booth: $2,600/9m² in international pavilion.
• The electricity cost is not included in the prices of electrical boxes above.
• Charge formula: RMB 1.4 x 8 hours x 3 days x the largest electric power of each specifications for electrical boxes.
• Please send electrical boxes lease fees and the electricity cost to Our Metals.
